Vice President of Client & Team Member Experience
As Amrock’s Vice President of Client & Team Member Experience, Kylie Quetell is responsible for supporting her team members as they deliver incredible title and settlement experiences to clients. She joined the Rock Family of Companies in 2013 and soon found her passion in fostering exceptional people, products and processes – with “people” coming first for a reason. As Amrock's former Director of Training and later Vice President of Training, Talent, Client Relations and Quality Assurance, she increased efficiency and elevated the client and team member experience through innovative training and development programs. She continued her career at Rock Connections as Senior Vice President, where she helped cultivate an ecosystem centered on progressive initiatives that encourage workplace diversity and engagement.
Leading is what Kylie loves and what she does best. Years of experience as head coach of the Detroit Women’s Rugby Club, a high school basketball coach, educator and executive professional, have taught her how to empower and bring out the best in her team members. Kylie's impact extends well beyond the bounds of Amrock – she also lends her voice to many public speaking engagements within the Rock Family of Companies and hosts many leadership and cultural events.
Kylie holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Maine and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of New England. In 2021, she was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business on their Notable LGBTQ in Business list.
For Kylie, home life is the good life. Every moment not leading is a moment she loves spending with her wife and daughter.
