Becky Nilsen

Becky Nilsen is the Vice President of Refinance Escrow Operations at Amrock, leading the processing, post-closing and disbursement teams.

Becky has worked in the title industry for over 20 years, and owned a title agency prior to joining Amrock in 2009. Her expertise in communication and relationship building drives her to create the best possible experience for both clients and team members. Becky is adept at identifying and implementing continual process improvements to achieve this goal.

She is an active member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the Michigan Land Title Association (MLTA) and is involved in the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO) workgroup focused on closing instructions development.

Becky fosters Amrock’s culture of excellence within her teams and believes that happy team members equal happy clients. Her passion for people has helped her grow and develop the various teams she has led. When she’s not at work, Becky can be found cooking up a new recipe or relaxing with family and friends.
