Congratulations are in order!

Lynette Reynolds-Smith, Amrock’s Vice President of Escrow Accounting, has been profiled as one of Crain’s Notable Women in Real Estate. This recognition is given to women making an impact in the real estate industry. And as one of our most tenured leaders, Lynette has played an integral role in our business development, supporting Amrock’s growth in the FinTech space.

Lynette has been with Amrock for nearly thirty years. As the VP of Escrow Accounting, her team plays an integral role in handling all the funds involved in real estate transactions.

When Lynette joined the company, Amrock was a small Michigan title company with only thirty team members. We now have more than 2,200 team members across the United States. The company has grown exponentially in the past few decades, and Lynette was there for every minute of it.

She has a gift for strategic thinking, and her focus on clients and team members has given way to a number of process improvements to enhance their experience. Many of these efficiencies are the result of new technologies Amrock develops. Lynette supports these initiatives by working closely with our technology team to advocate for these processes, because she’s always finding better ways to serve our clients. On a related note, Lynette is focused on mentoring team members and leaders. She’s passionate about teaching people; helping them grow and develop in the roles. Lynette believes everyone – regardless of their role – should think creatively. She understands that “outside the box” thinking gets real results.

Lynette is an exceptional leader and this recognition is a well-deserved crowning achievement. We couldn’t be prouder, and we strive to do well by her example!
