Brian Hughes Speaks on Consumer Experience at 2018 MBA Tech Detroit

The Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) kicked off the 2018 MBA Technology Solutions Conference and Expo – a.k.a. MBA tech – in the Motor City this year. The event took place April 15 -18 at the Detroit Marriott, Renaissance Center, just a stone’s throw from our main offices in downtown Detroit.

Among the featured speakers was our very own Brian Hughes, president of Amrock, who spoke at a breakout session titled “Digital Mortgage and Consumer Experience: The Importance of the Consumer Experience.” The session showcased insight and experience from thought leaders who spoke about understanding the perspective of the consumer when designing online experiences.

Brian joined a panel of speakers that included: Joseph Tyrrell, Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Ellie Mae; Ginger Wilcox, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Capsilon; Regis Hadiaris, Rocket Mortgage Product Lead, Quicken Loans; and Cindy Keith, Director of Product Management and Head of DU Validation Service, Fannie Mae.
